When to visit
Is it time to see a prosthetist?
Please visit us if you notice any of the following. Dentures and mouths change over time, so we also recommend a check-up at least every two years.
- Missing teeth or difficulty chewingReplacing missing teeth restores comfortable chewing and clearer speech.
- Loose dentures that slipNatural bone and gum changes can loosen a denture. A reline or new denture restores the fit.
- Worn, cracked or broken denturesMost repairs are ready for same-day pick-up.
- Pain or sore spotsA denture should never hurt. Small adjustments usually fix the problem quickly.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial consultation and oral examination are complimentary. We discuss your needs, explain the options and give you a written quote before any treatment begins.
Can I claim on my health fund?
Yes. Our clinic is equipped with HICAPS, so claims from all health funds are processed on the spot after your treatment. No paperwork, no visit to your fund.
Do you accept government vouchers?
Yes. We accept NSW Health (OHFFSS) vouchers and welcome patients from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
